CareTracks follow a two pronged approach
Therapeutics & Clinical Care include coordination of appointments with physicians, psychiatrists, and clinical specialists.
Self-Directed Ancillary Activities are a custom-built curriculum supplemental to a patient’s therapeutic and clinical care. Activities are matched to individual patient’s hobbies, interests, and goals, and can include meditation & yoga classes, aromatherapy, cooking classes, and more. Ancillary activities are designed to foster engagement and teach patients skills for managing chronic pain, trauma and disorders.
